Die Bohnen in ca. 3-4 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden und den Parmesan reiben. Nun alle \u00fcbrigen Zutaten zu den Zwiebeln geben und das Risotto so lange k\u00f6cheln lassen bis der Reis gar ist.
