Nun das restliche Gem\u00fcse in feine Streifen schneiden und dazu geben. Das alles mehrere Minuten gut anbraten lassen und schlie\u00dflich mit der Kokosmilch abl\u00f6schen. Mit der Currypaste, etwas Sojasauce, dem Kurkuma, dem Salz und dem Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
