Die Mischung mit dem Couscous vermengen, beiseitestellen und quellen lassen.<br>Die Sonnenblumenkerne ohne \u00d6l in einer Pfanne goldgelb r\u00f6sten und ebenfalls beiseitestellen.<br>Die Zwiebeln in feine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in etwas \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne glasig d\u00fcnsten.
