Das Eigelb, das Backpulver, den Zimt und das Mehl dazugeben und gut verr\u00fchren. <br>Die Waln\u00fcsse grob hacken und das Eiklar steif schlagen. Beides nun vorsichtig unter den Teig heben.<br>Eine Form einfetten, den Teig hineingeben und bei 180\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze ca. 1 h backen.
